Bike rack help

Downtown Hillsboro is in the process of putting in more bike racks. I think our Tour de Parks event brought some much needed attention to the biking community in Hillsboro.
Last night a committee walked through the downtown core and discussed placement. They have asked me for input as well.
The city has a 20/20 plan of creating Hillsboro as an "arts district". I have been scouting out artistic looking bike racks that would be of visual interest as well as function. Has anyone had any experience with this type of artsy racks?
Any local bike rack builder you would recommend?

speaking of 20/20... there's an eye clinic in beaverton that has a bike rack in the form of eyeglasses. It's on BH Hwy near 217 on the SE side.

Also there's some that look like the front of a bike and handlebars out at bike and hike... Beaverton

In Honolulu, at the International Marketplace, there are outlines of bikes as bike racks...

Basically if you can imagine it, and it has enclosed loops, you can make just about anything into a bike rack.
