This may be old news to many, but I just found this yesterday. Off and on there are posts about DIY lights, and I keep meaning to build a set, but that's a whole nuther deal. www.candlepowerforums.com They have a section specific to bike lights. Looks to be very active with waaay too much information and projects to waste waaay too much time on.

I'm going to try and get something built before the dark months this year! (Yeah, that'll be the day!)

Happy building:D

It's a little crude, but I'm sure it'll work (it has to, it uses Duct Tape).

What Redneck wouldn't be proud to have that on the front of their bike?

If you can't fix it with a hammer, screwdriver, bailing wire, or duct tape, it's broken and irrepairable.

I have a pdf file on www.clearplastic.com that describes how I put my multi colored lighting system together.
