I'll be riding into downtown. Looking for a place to safely park my bike and change. In the little research I've done, it seems the ODS Tower bike facilities seem the best, but I'm a little concerned about staying dry from there to the office. I'll be working in the BofA tower at 121 SW Morrison. Suggestions?

Can't help you with specific locations, but I just change in the Bathroom at work. Only because our bathrooms are properly cleaned & maintaned though.

It's not around the corner and space is limited. But the place that I feel safest leaving my bike is at the Portland Building. There are cameras watching the bikes (which are sheltered) and the racks are very high quality. The other government buildings are also good as would be the police station (though that has no overhead covering).

Here's a page I just finished about bike theft. Hope it helps.
