Sellwood to the South Park Blocks.....

Hey I'm relatively new to Portland moved here from california but we just moved from Beaverton to Sellwood. So I'd like to get some ideas on some good routes.

First: does anyone know of the fastest route from Sellwood to the Southpark blocks. basically the corner of Park and Main downtown.

Second: the safest route from sellwood to the corner of Park and Main.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm, I'm suprised that no ones replied....

Springwater Trail to Hawthorne Bridge. Then straight up Main to Park. Depending on construction and time of day, you may opt for a slightly different route once you get into downtown.
