On Saturday, Sept. 8th, 2007.....
The Community Exchange Bike School will be offering free bicycle tune-ups to participants of Muddy Boot Organic Festival.
http://www.muddyboot.org/
Location: St. Philip Neri Church at 2408 SE 16th Avenue (near 18th & Division) in Portland, Oregon.
*PLEASE NOTE*: We do ask the bike owners to participate in the tune-up process.
This fulfills our one of our non-profit missions to educate bicyclists to become more familiar with their bike's workings.
Our volunteers plan to be at Muddy Boot from 12pm-6pm with professional shop tools.
Service is completely free-of-charge, 1st come 1st served.
Since most of our tools will be at the Festival, there WILL NOT be a Saturday Free Clinic this week at Meticon Bikes.
Seth and his fine crew will still be at the shop to assist customers.
************************************************** ***
IN ADDITION, Community Exchange Cycle Touring Club volunteers will be helping Belmont Street Fair participants tune-up their bikes.

Look for the booth of Towards Carfree Cities (TCC) for our set-up.
A big Thanks to the Community Cycling Center for loaning us their shop tools at the Street Fair.
************************************************** ***
There's gonna be some happy bicycles Saturday!
Cheers!
