Can anyone provide some recommendations for a touring/randonneur oriented LBS in town?

Also, are there any 'classic' velo supply shops, along the lines of Chris Kulczycki's on-line shop velo-orange.com?

Thanks!

I know that Dean at Bike Central has made some pretty fancy touring bikes in the past.

Thanks, Mizake. I should clarify that I'm not looking for a bike- I'm looking for a place with a knowledgeable touring/rando staff and gear/parts etc,.

Coventry Cycle Works on SE 20th & Hawthorne would be a good place for you to visit.

Yes, they're a good shop, with nice people. They are mainly recumbents, but they do sell some uprights and they have something of a touring focus.
