Dang it. I believe I saw this bike on the afternoon of Thursday November 14 in the Brooklyn neighborhood on SE Milwaukie Avenue at about 2:30 pm. I noticed a guy in camo pants and a black and white cap trying to saw u-lock off a frame of a blue bike with the words Royale on the frame. They unfortunately took off after I saw them. Come to find out this afternoon, they had also broken into the home that I had just seen them at. Early 20’s, ~6′ maybe less, black hair. Unfortunately that is all I have. I’ll keep my eyes open in neighborhood.
Thank you, it may be mine. I do appreciate you and anyone else looking out. I don’t think there are that many of this model around Portland in that size, not to mention my proof of ownership.
