Just FYI, in case anyone was heading out on Saturday morning to ride the Banks-Vernonia trail:

The Oregon Marathon is using the trail in the morning on the 28th. The event starts in Vernonia, goes around the lake, and then heads down to Banks and ends at Greenville City Park in Banks. They’ve limited the event to 750 people. Starts at 7:45, and they’ve set a time limit of 6hours for the full Marathon. There’s a half that starts at Stub Stewart and finishes in Banks.
