Pedalpalooza Recap: Music Box River Ride

Reporter: Alex Bigazzi
Ride Date: Thursday, June 16, 2011

How many people showed up? 160

Brief Recap:
Great weather and a nice long ride up to the Columbia River for sunset. We got a warm fire going and some hot tunes on three linked-up sound systems. Thanks to everyone for coming out!

Sadly, there were three minor to major setbacks:
1) Unexpected road closure on 33rd Dr. – but not too long of a detour
2) Ride leader crashed an hour before the ride started and had to scramble for a replacement bike
3) One person’s bike got stolen while we were out there 🙁 🙁 🙁
