Job Description
A locally owned retail client of mine is currently seeking an individual with knowledge of retail business operations and a passion for cycling.
Experience to include:
•Budgeting, forecasting, analysis of operations, monthly financial and cash flow reporting.
•hands on accounting experience
•Analytical abilities
•HR and benefits administration
•4 to 5 years in a Controller’s role working in small family owned and operated businesses
•Retail background desired
•Excellent PC skills
Requirements:
•Must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance to be considered.
•CPA or CMA preferred, but not required
•Portray a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach to leadership
•Team oriented and a desire to build lasting relationships
•Demonstrated communication skills both written and oral
•Organized, accurate and attentive to detail.
