Job Description
Outgoing and friendly sales associate with a good understanding of family and utility biking. Experience in apparel sales a plus. Must be able to support transactions from first customer contact through post-sale service, with excellent communication skills in person, by email, and on the phone.
The sales associate is expected to help with receiving of products, shipping of web orders, store maintenance tasks and light cleaning.
Basic knowledge of bike mechanics a plus; ability to learn technical details relevant to the sales process essential.
$12.00 per hour, weekends required. Room for growth.
