Stolen Sears Roebucks Co unknown from 1971

1971 (era) black 3 speed women's cruiser with fenders. Paint is not great with rust here and there. The sticker on the crossbar has a scratch though it. It has white pedals and a torn up San Marco seat. The rear tire is deflated and the rear brakes are too loose to work well. The gear shifter is not the original and the cable for it is not connected to the hub.
