Stolen: Black/white Nishiki

my 1989 12 speed nishiki prestige was stolen from SE 12th and taylor (in front of the basement pub) early the morning of march 19th. i unfortunately do not have a serial number for the bike, but it is small (standover height of 30″), the size is probably 49 or 51? i have never seen another bike like it, it is black and white. i don’t know if it is worth mentioning, but it had araya rims, metal toe clips, red vittoria rubino tires, and red bar tape. (the photos show the bike before i replaced the tires and tape).
