ORBike.com, Portland’s only local online event registration service has just launched a blog. ORBike.com is backed by a company called Good Sport Promotion and the blog will be run by their star employee, Ayleen Crotty. Ayleen has been active on the local bike scene for years, she hosts the KBOO Bike Show, puts on all sorts of great events, and is the former Communications Director for the Community Cycling Center.
Here’s the official announcement:
Even in this sopping wet season it’s the hot go-to source of info on local cycling events. Blog.ORbike.com has all the latest news and information on local cycling events. What’s coming up? How do I get there? Who raced? Who won? Yes, we’ve got it all in one place, including information from event organizers, photos from events, and comments from event participants.
It’s great to have another blogger on the scene and I look forward to riffing off Ayleen’s posts. Welcome to the fray Ayleen!

Wow, there are now a lot of really great Portland area bike bloggs out there. I was just looking at the one's that are listed on the site of this website and they are really excellent also. Portland is a bike town not only on the streets but on the internet as well.
